Terms and Conditions
Once Canny Tours confirms your booking this means that a contract has been established between you (the customer) and Canny Tours. The terms of this contract are outlined below.
Payment
Booking will only be confirmed once full payment is made.
Cancellations
Once booking is completed charges will be made if there is a cancellation these are as follows:
- a. If cancellation is requested ten days or more before departure 80% of the initial fee will be repaid.
- b. If cancellation is requested within ten days of departure 80% percent of the initial fee will be repaid providing that the ticket for the tour is resold.
Canny tours reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time. In the event of this unlikely occurrence Canny Tours will refund all monies paid by customers in full.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Canny Tours reserve the right to alter our itineraries at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather, road closures We will endeavor to provide a service as close to the itinerary as possible in these circumstances.
If a tour is unable to be completed for any reason Canny Tours will ensure that all passengers are returned to their point of departure and will repay money to the customer based upon the amount of the tour that was completed. This figure will calculated based upon the time of day that the tour was aborted. Further figures provided upon request.
Luggage
Luggage – Canny Tours cannot carry large luggage on board our day tours. We have room on board for each person to bring onboard a day pack that can be stored under a seat. If the luggage does not fit in this manner it cannot be taken. No refund will be given to a passenger unable to travel on the tour for this reason.
Insurance
We do not provide travel insurance on our day tours. Canny Tours strongly recommends that you provide your own cover for medical expenses, cancellation fees, personal accident, baggage etc before you travel.
